The responsibilities include oversight for all quality and safety programs related to surgical services, regulatory compliance, and data management for program registries.
Key Responsibilities- Oversight of quality and safety programs related to surgical services
- Regulatory compliance and data management for program registries
- Liaison with Quality and Safety leadership team, Surgical leadership, Administration, clinical and surgical staff, and surgical patients
- RN- Associates required / BSN or higher preferred
- Arizona Registered Nurse License required on hire
- 2 years RN and experience reviewing and extracting data
- Experience in clinical quality or safety
- Laser/Safety Officer certification
