Job Overview:

As a Certified Surgical Tech, you will play a vital role in facilitating safe and efficient surgical operations for Open Heart procedures. This position requires strong communication and teamwork skills, as well as the ability to maintain a sterile environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist surgeons and RNs during surgical procedures
  • Prepare and maintain sterile instruments and supplies
  • Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout the surgical process
Qualifications:
  • Surgical Tech certification required within 6 months of hire
  • BLS certification required upon hire
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 2 years of experience in a general operating room setting
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Surgical Tech Certification
  • Open heart experience (training available)

  • Travel not required
