Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain detailed knowledge of all products, pricing, and company history.
  • Utilize product knowledge to satisfy guest inquiries and create up-sell opportunities.
  • Gift-wrap items as needed, adhering to company guidelines and standards.
  • Follow food safety guidelines and maintain a clean and sanitary environment.
  • Keep fountain and condiment supplies stocked and in good condition.
  • Maintain the stockroom in a clean and orderly fashion.
  • Clean windows and mirrors as needed.
  • Maintain guest and employee washing facilities in good working order.
  • Properly set up, maintain, and break down the fountain area.
  • Replenish toppings and fountain items throughout the day, minimizing food waste.
  • Maintain the proper level of ice cream flavors.
  • Keep knowledge current of all fountain products and their required preparation.
  • Work as a topper or scooper as needed.
  • Perform semi-table service as part of overall guest satisfaction.
  • Maintain candy making equipment and supplies in good working order, knowing all recipes.
Requirements

Previous retail experience is desirable for this position. Must be high energy, reliable, have a strong work ethic, and be able to work all shifts, including nights and weekends.

Starting pay rate: $18.00/hr + tips.
