Some of your key responsibilities include:

• Providing exceptional guest service, ensuring every interaction meets our high standards
• Maintaining adequate supply of retail products, both on the sales floor and in back stock
• Ensuring accurate pricing and signing of products according to company guidelines
• Maintaining a clean and organized environment, adhering to our standards of cleanliness and arrangement
• Utilizing knowledge of products and pricing to satisfy guest inquiries and create up-sell opportunities
• Gift-wrapping items for sale, following company guidelines and standards

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Basic math computation skills
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Ability to work with little or no supervision
• Ability to manage time effectively
• Ability to maintain a smile, pleasant demeanor, and provide superior guest service
• Previous retail experience is desirable
