Pediatric Occupational Therapist Job Description

As a Pediatric Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping children with difficulties with fine motor development, emotional regulation, activities of daily living, play/social skills, and more.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide diagnostic evaluations and intervention programs for children with various developmental needs
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to promote children's physical, emotional, and cognitive development
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for children and families
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify children's strengths and areas of need
  • Develop and implement strategies to promote children's independence and self-advocacy
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
  • DORA (Department of Regulatory Agencies) Licensed to practice Occupational Therapy in the state of Colorado
