Job Title: Early Childhood Development Therapist

Soar Autism Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Early Childhood Development Therapist to join our team. As an integral member of our clinical staff, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to young children with autism.

About the Role:

This entry-level position involves close collaboration with a team of experts, including Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), Speech Therapists, and Occupational Therapists. You will work closely with children aged 2-6, providing personalized one-on-one ABA therapy in a clinic setting.

Responsibilities:
  • Implement individualized intervention plans developed by expert clinicians in behavior analysis, speech therapy, and occupational therapy.
  • Collaborate closely with the child's healthcare team to ensure consistent and high-quality care delivery.
  • Provide personalized one-on-one ABA therapy to children aged 2-6, utilizing evidence-based, naturalistic therapeutic techniques.
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience working with children, preferably in a professional capacity.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in computer and tablet usage.
  • Reliable transportation and punctuality are crucial, along with the ability to meet the physical demands of the job.
