Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Medicare Hotline Analyst to join our team at the Ohio Department of Insurance. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to Medicare beneficiaries and their families.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues related to Medicare benefits and eligibility
  • Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding Medicare policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve complex customer issues
  • Stay up-to-date on changes to Medicare policies and procedures to ensure accurate information is provided to customers

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 2+ years of experience in customer service or a related field
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity standards
