Medicare Patient Education Agent Role

As a Medicare Patient Education Agent at IQVIA Holdings, Inc., you will play a vital role in assisting patients by providing clear, accurate, and compassionate education regarding the Inflation Reduction Act.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist patients in understanding their Medicare benefits and coverage options.
  • Provide education on healthcare-related topics, including Contract, Education, Patient, Agent, Healthcare, Support, and Technology.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure patients receive comprehensive care.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with patients to ensure their ongoing education and support needs are met.
Requirements:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Knowledge of Medicare benefits and coverage options.
  • Experience working with patients and healthcare professionals.
