As an Occupational Therapist, you will work with patients in their homes to help them recover from illness or injury and regain their independence.

Schedule: Full-Time & Part-Time Availability

Perks:

Annual Compensation: ~$75K - $130K

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide skilled occupational therapy services to patients in their homes
  • Develop and implement individualized plans of care to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate records

Requirements:

  • Occupational Therapist with a current license in the state of employment
  • Minimum one-year experience as a OT in an acute care setting. Home care experience preferred
  • Valid driver's license and auto insurance in your name as a driver
  • Capable of all physical demands
