Alternate Solutions Health Network LLC is seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team in Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio.

Job Summary:

We are dedicated to providing high-quality care to our patients, and we are looking for a compassionate and skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team. As a Home Health Occupational Therapist, you will work with patients in their homes to help them recover from illness or injury and regain their independence.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide skilled occupational therapy as ordered by the attending physician.
  • Observe, record, and report patient reactions, changes, and progress to attending physician and any appropriate agency staff.
  • Help patients and their families understand and manage their condition, and provide education on proper use of equipment such as wheelchairs, braces, walkers, crutches, canes, and other prosthetic/orthotic devices.
  • Attend in-service training and mandatory agency meetings.
Requirements:
  • Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the state of Ohio.
  • Experience working in home health care or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
