Key Responsibilities:
The Lube Technician is responsible for servicing vehicles as directed by management, adhering to all established protocols and procedures. Duties include:
- Rotating tires
- Conducting multi-point inspections
- Changing automotive fluids
The technician will check essential vehicle components such as oil levels, tire pressure and condition, filters, and various automotive fluids including power steering, brake, transmission, and engine coolant. Our goal is to provide top-notch service while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate should possess a high school diploma or GED and have a minimum of one year of relevant experience. Automotive training or experience in vehicle repair is advantageous. A valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and a strong work ethic are essential. Candidates must be able to thrive in a fast-paced team environment, exhibit a positive demeanor, maintain a professional appearance, and demonstrate excellent communication skills, all while delivering outstanding customer service. State certification as an inspector is a plus.
