Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of patients to determine their rehabilitation needs.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans aimed at maximizing patient independence and functionality.
  • Supervise and mentor Physical Therapy Assistants and Rehabilitation Technicians in delivering patient care.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, their families, and the healthcare team regarding treatment progress and goals.
  • Participate in interdisciplinary care meetings to ensure cohesive treatment strategies.
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive patient records in compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.
  • Provide ongoing evaluations and adjust treatment plans as necessary to meet patient needs.
  • Engage in professional development and training opportunities to enhance clinical skills.
  • Ensure patient safety and adhere to all relevant state and national regulations.
  • Travel between facilities as required to provide optimal patient care.

Qualifications:
  • Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
  • Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the practicing state.
  • Proficient in English communication, both written and verbal.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain professionalism and composure in high-pressure situations.
  • Capability to perform job responsibilities with or without reasonable accommodations.
