Business Growth Strategist for Restoration Services

Role Overview:
We're seeking a dynamic Business Development Specialist to join our Marketing Department and drive growth through strategic relationship-building and sales expertise. As a key member of our team, you'll be instrumental in shaping our market position by identifying, developing, and closing key business relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market Positioning: Champion the Paul Davis principles of honesty and integrity in all interactions, monitor revenue streams, and identify opportunities to enhance profitability.
- Sales Strategies: Evaluate and optimize sales strategies, cultivate client relationships, foster industry partnerships, and maintain a calendar of targeted business-to-business visits.
- Networking and Research: Identify new clients through proactive networking and research, interpret and respond to lead sources effectively, and establish positive relationships within the local community.
- CRM and Sales Activities: Utilize marketing technology software to streamline CRM processes and track sales activities, build and maintain customer loyalty through positive, trust-based relationships, and proactively seek out and capitalize on potential opportunities.
Requirements:
We're looking for a motivated individual with confidence in their ability to establish and maintain relationships, and a passion for growth and success. The ideal candidate will have:
- A Bachelor's degree in communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related field.
- 2+ years relevant marketing or sales experience, preferably in restoration, construction, home service, and/or insurance industries.
- A valid driver's license with a good driving record and ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
What We Offer:
- $60,000 - $80,000 per year based on performance and experience.
- 3 Weeks of Paid Time Off, 7 Company Paid Holidays, and 401(k) with Company Match.
