Job Overview

We are seeking a Residential Property Maintenance Specialist to oversee the upkeep of our multifamily and single-family residences primarily located in South St. Louis City. This role includes mileage reimbursement.

Key Responsibilities

As a vital member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for:

  • Conducting general maintenance and repair tasks for various residential units.
  • Performing wall repairs, painting, plastering, and drywall work.
  • Installing and finishing different types of flooring, including vinyl, ceramic, and tile.
  • Executing repairs and maintenance on building systems.
  • Replacing and fixing electrical fixtures, outlets, and switches.
  • Addressing plumbing issues, including repairs to sinks, drains, and toilets.
  • Carrying out roofing and gutter repairs, focusing on flat roofs.
  • Maintaining the brick exteriors through tuckpointing.
  • Managing landscaping tasks such as grass cutting and mulching.
  • Assisting with property cleanouts and general cleaning duties.
  • Performing minor HVAC repairs and troubleshooting.
Qualifications

Ideal candidates should possess relevant maintenance experience, a reliable vehicle, basic tools, and a smartphone capable of running necessary applications.

Documentation and Travel

In this role, you will also be responsible for documenting completed work orders with before and after photos, as well as detailed notes. Travel between the office, suppliers, and properties will be required.
