Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Infrastructure and Facility Management to join our team at Horizon Ventures. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the performance of service providers, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with regulations and permits.
Key Responsibilities
- Infrastructure Management: Oversee the performance of service providers, including engineering firms and construction companies, and handle any issues that arise.
- Budget Management: Ensure adherence to budget, quality, and timely implementation in various construction phases.
- Regulatory Compliance: Coordinate with authorities and involved parties to ensure compliance with regulations and permits, and obtain necessary approvals and clearances on time.
- Facility Development: Proactively participate in the development and coordination of the facility development plan, ensuring the continuous availability and functionality of the plant infrastructure and properties.
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate employees in your team, both professionally and disciplinarily, for the Nuremberg vehicle maintenance plant.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in infrastructure and facility management, with experience in managing budgets, coordinating with authorities, and leading teams. You will also need to have excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
