Key Responsibilities:
  • Utilize technical knowledge and expertise to diagnose and repair vehicles for clients.
  • Gain hands-on experience as an automotive mechanic across a diverse range of domestic and international vehicles.
  • Conduct thorough, accurate, and honest vehicle inspections.
  • Collaborate with team members to address customer concerns promptly and effectively.
  • Adhere to and promote high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization within the workplace.
  • Engage closely with the service department to communicate customer issues effectively.
  • Work in tandem with fellow technicians to resolve challenges, meet deadlines, and achieve outstanding results.

Qualifications:
  • Positive demeanor and a strong desire to assist customers.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as an automotive technician/mechanic.
  • ASE Certifications are preferred, or a commitment to obtain them.
  • Ability to diagnose and repair various makes and models of vehicles.
  • Consistently meet or exceed productivity goals.
  • Aptitude for acquiring new skills and processes.
  • Professional appearance and effective communication skills.
  • A commitment to long-term career growth.

Physical Requirements:
  • Occasionally lift and/or move items weighing over 100 pounds.
  • Capable of working with tools on vehicles elevated above head level.
  • Ability to work in confined spaces as required by vehicle repairs.
  • Dexterity to efficiently use hand tools.
  • Ability to stand or walk for the majority of the workday.
  • Proficient in driving manual transmission vehicles.
  • Competent in navigating computer systems.
