Key Responsibilities- Perform lymphatic drainage and body contouring services, adapting treatments and processes to suit individual client needs.
- Instruct clients on additional at-home methods to improve lymphatic drainage and wellness, including exercises, dietary recommendations, and relaxation techniques.
- Provide detailed explanations of lymphatic drainage benefits and aftercare instructions to clients, as well as guidance on how to maintain benefits between sessions.
- Recommend lymphatic drainage packages, products, and additional services to clients, while maintaining a safe and therapeutic environment.
- Stay updated with the latest research and developments in lymphatic drainage techniques and general massage therapy.
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience providing lymphatic drainage massage.
- Client-building relations, retention, and communications skills.
- Demonstrated sales of massage-related services and customer service skills.
- Massage liability insurance.
- Time management abilities for 30min, 60min, 75min, and 90min treatment sessions.
- Valid NYS massage therapy license or Aesthetic license.
- Certification in lymphatic drainage massage from an accredited program.
- Prior training, certification, and experience in prenatal massage therapy.
