Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and maintain production equipment, including monitoring and controlling process parameters to ensure optimal product quality and yield.
  • Conduct regular process samples and quality checks to identify and address any issues or deviations.
  • Follow all relevant Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and guidelines to ensure compliance with cGMP, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve day-to-day plant issues and implement process improvements.
  • Participate in continuous improvement activities, including problem-solving and innovation initiatives.
  • Assist in training and mentoring new team members and contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive work environment.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-3 years' experience in a chemical manufacturing plant or related industry preferred.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to read, understand, and follow operating and safety procedures.
  • Good physical stamina, with the ability to lift 55 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment, with a focus on collaboration and mutual respect.

Working Conditions:

  • Must be able to work in a noisy environment and wear required PPE, including safety glasses, hard hat, steel toe shoes, gloves, and a respirator.
  • Must be able to work in elevated places, outdoor environments, and adverse weather conditions at times.
  • Must be able to perform under the following conditions: work in awkward or confining workspaces, work in areas that are dusty and have some odor from chemicals.
