Job Summary

Mass General Brigham is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Cardiology team in Cambridge, Massachusetts.

This is a full-time position with a 36-hour workweek, offering a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care in accordance with the Department of Nursing's philosophy and standards.
  • Develop and implement individualized plans of care that reflect the needs and goals of each patient.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery and achieve patient-driven outcomes.
  • Participate in team conferences and meetings to discuss patient progress and address any challenges.
Requirements
  • Current license from the Massachusetts Board of Registration as a Registered Nurse.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Effective verbal, electronic, and written communication skills.
  • Computer proficiency, with a preference for Microsoft Office applications.
