Key Responsibilities:

- Work closely with department leaders and facility managers to assess maintenance requirements and prioritize tasks accordingly.
- Perform regular inspections to evaluate facility conditions and identify opportunities for enhancements.
- Lead and supervise a team of maintenance technicians and contractors, ensuring that all work is executed efficiently and meets high-quality standards.
- Source and procure necessary materials, equipment, and services for maintenance projects while maintaining budgetary discipline.
- Ensure all maintenance operations comply with safety regulations and industry standards.
- Oversee capital improvement projects aimed at upgrading facilities across all Elite Sports Clubs locations.
