Key Responsibilities
  • Provide daily care and support to residents, including assistance with activities of daily living, personal hygiene, and medication management.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with residents, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Collaborate with the care team to create and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.
  • Ensure a safe and clean environment for residents, adhering to all relevant regulations and standards.
Requirements
  • Current QMAP certification
  • Ability to work as part of a team and independently
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 25 pounds
