Job Title: Managing Director, Value-Based Care Product

The Managing Director, Value-Based Care Product will be responsible for leading the development and execution of value-based care strategies and products for The Cigna Group. This role will require a deep understanding of value-based care reimbursement models and the ability to drive quality outcomes for customers, providers, and patients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute value-based care strategies and products that meet the needs of customers and providers.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to develop integrated solutions and service offerings.
  • Collaborate with finance, analytics, and operations teams to drive solutions and service features, functions, benefits, and pricing strategies.
  • Manage the overall solutions and services portfolio and capital budget.
  • Recommend strategic metrics to measure solutions and services effectiveness, profitability, and impact.
  • Provide clinical and clinical program subject matter expertise and influence for The Cigna Group.
  • Engage with external organizations to drive industry innovation and growth.
Requirements:
  • 12-16 years of relevant experience with 10+ years of experience in healthcare and value-based care.
  • Experience supporting value-based care growth and strategy, and the evolution of products, services, and technology.
  • Detailed knowledge of the healthcare industry and current products and services.
  • College degree in Business Administration or related field. Master's or Doctorate degree preferred.
  • Experience navigating a matrixed organization and collaborating with multiple cross-functional teams and levels of employees and/or customers.
  • Focus on excellent quality and customer service.
  • Ability to think with an enterprise mindset and to continuously challenge the status quo.
  • Demonstrated ability to motivate people and teams while raising performance levels year over year.
  • Strong presentation skills with the ability to present on large platforms.
