The Merchandise Strategist will play a pivotal role in the planning, oversight, and evaluation of merchandise for designated categories, ensuring that financial objectives such as sales, profit margins, and inventory levels are achieved.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop pre-season sales, profit margin, and inventory strategies by category Assess sales outcomes, inventory status, and product performance to uncover trends, opportunities, and risks, providing insights to enhance product assortments and inventory control Collaborate with Merchants to comprehend purchasing strategies and synchronize with anticipated demand forecasts Partner with Merchants, Allocation, and Sourcing teams to efficiently manage inventory flow Present forecasts and suggested action plans during monthly Merchandise Planning Review sessions

Required Qualifications:

3-5 years of experience in planning or a related financial/analytical field Bachelor's degree Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Advanced skills in Excel
