Key Responsibilities
  • Provide shift supervision and leadership to nursing staff
  • Ensure efficient operation of patient transport systems
  • Manage inventory and supplies for the department
  • Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to identify and resolve supply and equipment problems
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in a leadership role in a healthcare setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
