Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing organizational development frameworks, managing talent, and providing change management advice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the People and Change initiatives for a large technology organization undergoing an HR Functional Transformation to a HR Case Management.
  • Contribute to organization redesign/restructure if required during the project.
  • Refine, develop, and implement organizational development frameworks and bodies of knowledge.
  • Recommend and develop generic office structures, including roles, responsibilities, and benchmarking from similar industries.
  • Job design and job classification, including job design/classification for senior roles.
  • Creation of role and job descriptions and standards.
  • Link organizational design and setup to learning and career paths.
  • Manage global talent management initiatives, including leadership, succession planning, and competency development.
  • Provide change management advice as needed.

Requirements:

  • An advanced degree/Masters (or above) in Management, Human Resources, Organizational Design, or a related subject.
  • Applicants with a bachelor's degree in engineering will be preferred.
  • Professional Change Management certification (APMG or similar) is an asset.
  • At least 15 years' relevant experience, including experience in HR Transformation, Organizational Redesign/Restructuring, and Organizational Change Management.
  • Outstanding communication abilities (written and oral), analytical capabilities.
  • Understanding of business realities.
  • Knowledge of change management principles and methodologies.
  • Development and execution of communication and stakeholder engagement strategies.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Applications, including Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Native English speaker.
