This position addresses the need for a versatile, well-equipped consultant who can operate both remotely and onsite, overseeing the Lab Division's LabX offerings while collaborating closely with the Global Key Account Management team and Market Organizations. - Serve as a center of expertise for workflow integrations and consulting services related to LabX laboratory software and compatible instruments.
- Provide region-specific integration and consulting services for laboratory solutions at global accounts across various regions.
- Collaborate with LabX business development teams, LabX consultants, and the Lab Division's Global Key Account Management and Market Organizations.
- Develop and support workflows and applications, both remotely and onsite, including gathering requirements, defining processes, and working directly with users to implement solutions.
- Organize and conduct advanced training sessions for customers.
- Oversee and coordinate regional and global integration projects.
- Train and mentor Market Organization teams to enhance their competencies.
- Stay updated on laboratory regulations from authorities such as USP, FDA, EMA, and WHO.
A Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Biology, Physics, or a related field is required. Experience in a laboratory setting is preferred. Knowledge of networking and cloud technologies is essential. Proficiency in English, both spoken and written, is necessary (Spanish proficiency is a plus). The ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences is crucial. Willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time is expected, with most projects based in North America and occasional international travel. Strong project management skills are required to handle multiple projects simultaneously within a matrix organization. Candidates should be self-motivated yet able to work collaboratively within a team.
