• Prepare and assist with meals, ensuring dietary needs are met.
• Aid residents with daily living activities, including personal hygiene and grooming.
• Address inquiries from residents and their families promptly and professionally.
• Manage supply inventory, including ordering and monitoring expiration dates.
• Document all services rendered and supplies used for billing accuracy.
• Participate in community risk management initiatives.
• Maintain a safe and welcoming environment for all residents.
• Collaborate in care level assessments and resident transitions.
• Respond to emergency situations as per community guidelines.
• Foster a hospitable atmosphere through positive interactions with residents, families, and staff.
• Uphold the confidentiality of residents' health information.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications:
• Must be a Licensed Practical Nurse in the state of Kansas.
• Preferred: One year of experience in a long-term care environment.

Skills and Competencies:
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in the primary language of the residents.
• Ability to interpret safety guidelines and operational instructions.
• Competence in preparing reports and engaging effectively with groups.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple variables in routine situations.
