Job Title:

Pediatric Allergy Specialist

Job Summary:

The Pediatric Allergy Specialist will function within the Pediatric Pulmonary Medicine division, managing the allergy needs of the identified population. The Specialist will work closely with the outpatient testing groups and may have responsibilities for this same patient population in the consultative inpatient setting or serve as a resource for the inpatient care team.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage the outpatient care with the team
  • Work closely with the outpatient testing groups
  • Have responsibilities for this same patient population in the consultative inpatient setting or serve as a resource for the inpatient care team
Requirements:
  • MSN for Nurse Practitioners or BS for Physician Assistants
  • Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) or Physician Assistant-Certified (PA-C)
  • No experience required
Work Environment:

The Specialist will work in a clinic setting, with regular sitting at a computer workstation for extended periods of time with repetitive motion (such as typing); walking including pushing, pulling, and/or lifting up to 10lbs and occasional pushing, pulling, and/or lifting objects up to 50lbs.
