What We're Looking For

We're seeking individuals with a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Previous restaurant experience is a plus, but not required. We're looking for people who are genuine, trustworthy, and detail-oriented, with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver drink and beverage orders to guests promptly and accurately.
  • Ensure food orders are efficiently and accurately brought to guests.
  • Clear and reset tables, bus tables to maintain a clean and organized dining area.
  • Assist with seating guests, provide menus, and ensure a smooth and pleasant dining experience.
  • Engage and interact with guests, answer questions, and provide assistance as needed.
  • Assist with takeout and to-go orders, helping guests with their orders and ensuring they have everything they need.

Requirements

  • Previous restaurant experience is encouraged but not required.
  • Trained in bartaco Service and Hospitality.
  • Physical Ability: The Dragonfly should be capable of carrying and lifting objects weighing up to 25 pounds.
  • Genuine Hospitality and Kindness: Displaying genuine hospitality, kindness, and a welcoming attitude towards every guest at bartaco.
