Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and manage a team of Member Solutions Center staff, providing guidance and coaching to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent service to our members.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve member satisfaction and loyalty, working closely with other departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance the overall member experience.
- Collaborate with the Member Solutions Center Management Team to ensure the center is open and ready to conduct business each workday, assigning operational duties as needed to ensure quality service standards are maintained.
- Develop and maintain collaborative working relationships among team members and other departments, proactively addressing potential issues and conflicts.
- Five to eight years of experience in a similar or related role, with two years of supervisory experience required.
- Previous call center supervisory experience is preferred, as well as experience coaching employees and monitoring calls for service quality.
- A high school education or GED is required, with an associate's degree in business, finance, or a related field preferred.
