Types of Leads
  • Residential Leads: We specialize in generating a high volume of residential buyer leads, primarily sourced from platforms like Zillow. While we do provide some seller leads, our focus remains on buyers.
  • Commercial Leads: Our commercial leads primarily consist of leasing opportunities for office spaces, restaurants, retail, and industrial properties, along with larger investment prospects.

Training and Support
We believe in equipping our agents with the necessary tools for success. Our training program emphasizes technology utilization for client acquisition and effective follow-up strategies.

Compensation Structure
Our commission structure is straightforward:
  • Agents receive a 50/50 split on company-generated leads.
  • For agents' own leads, the split starts at 75% for the first three years, transitioning to a 100% split after reaching a $5,000 cap.
There are no desk fees, monthly fees, or transaction fees involved.

Requirements
  • A valid Georgia Real Estate License is mandatory.

Pay: $70,314.23 per year
