We are currently seeking a Senior Water Resources Engineer to join our team as a Project Manager in our Water Resource Division.
In this pivotal role, you will:
- Assess current utility assets and formulate recommendations for their rehabilitation or replacement.
- Assist in the design processes for the rehabilitation and/or replacement of water and sanitary sewer lines.
- Oversee compliance with plans and specifications during construction, including managing submittal reviews and change orders.
- Coordinate environmental studies, permitting, and other technical deliverables.
- Identify potential projects and client needs for future opportunities.
- Facilitate effective communication among team members and clients.
- Deliver formal presentations to clients, stakeholders, and regulatory agencies.
- Participate in networking events and technical conferences to foster business development.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through successful project execution.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Professional Engineer Certification is highly preferred.
- A minimum of five years of relevant experience.
- Outstanding presentation and communication abilities.
- Strong leadership qualities.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
