Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the uptime, performance, resources, and security of the computers you manage meet the needs of the users.
  • Primary responsibility is the operations and maintenance of the legacy system's mainframe (IBM z14) infrastructure, compute, and storage platform.
  • Installation, configuration, patching, upgrades, and maintenance of zOS operating system, CICS, DB2 Relational Database Management System, IBM Products and Utilities, CA/Broadcom tools, BMC Product Suite.
  • System monitoring and reporting.
  • Performance monitoring, analysis and tuning.
  • Pervasive Encryption.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree with 8 years of work experience.
  • Active Tier 3 Secret clearance.
  • Experience with IBM z 14
  • Experience with zOS operating system required
  • Experience with, CICS. DB2 Relational Database Management System, IBM Products and Utilities, CA/Broadcom tools, BMC Product Suite, preferred
