Customer Service Representative

Join Dexian, a leading provider of staffing, IT, and workforce solutions, as a Customer Service Representative in our Defined Benefits/Retirement Income Solutions Department.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to provide exceptional service to our clients. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound customer calls, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Work closely with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve customer satisfaction
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and key performance indicators
  • Stay up-to-date with product and service offerings to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of call center experience or equivalent experience
  • 1-2 years of experience with Windows-based operating systems (MS Office, Suite, etc.)
  • Strong customer service focus and ability to convey complex topics to clients
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work from home with high-speed internet and a quiet, secure workspace
