About the Role

The Customer Success Specialist is responsible for supporting our members and stakeholders throughout their healthcare journey. You will be an expert in our system and processes, quickly routing members to the appropriate resolution and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recertification and Renewal of Membership: Assist members with recertification and renewal processes, ensuring seamless transitions and optimal plan selection.
  • Enrollment and Retention Support: Provide end-to-end customer support, driving customer satisfaction and improving the overall member experience.
  • Process Improvements: Identify and devise solutions to member dissatisfaction, complaints, and issues, supporting ongoing organizational improvement efforts.
Requirements
  • Associate's Degree and minimum 1 year of experience in direct consumer contact, including customer engagement, customer services, sales, and community engagement; OR
  • High school degree and 3-5 years of experience in direct consumer contact, including customer engagement, customer services, sales, and community engagement;
  • Healthcare experience, especially in Managed Care, is preferred but not required.
  • Bi-lingual skills are a plus.
