Key Responsibilities

+ Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of the parking garage and adjacent areas.

+ Approach and greet all patrons in a courteous and professional manner.

+ Dispose of waste, clean elevators and entrances, and paint deck floors and curbs.

+ Eliminate cobwebs, clean signage, shutters, windows, and stairwells.

+ Inform management about the necessity for minor or major repairs or enhancements to building operational systems.

+ Adhere to all safety, security, compliance, and quality standards and procedures set forth by the Company, Clients, and regulatory bodies.

+ The attendant must be adaptable and willing to undertake all assigned tasks.

Responsibilities

+ Ensure the supply closet is organized and maintain equipment in optimal condition.

+ Match visitor tickets to the parking rate schedule; collect appropriate payments from visitors and provide correct change.

+ Request supplies and equipment necessary for cleaning and maintenance tasks.

+ Promptly report any accidents, incidents, or safety issues to the Operations Manager or Shift Lead.

+ Respond to spills and other emergency situations, performing necessary actions.

+ Safely operate power equipment as required.

Qualifications

+ Must be at least 18 years of age.
