Key Responsibilities
  • Manage project activities, budgets, schedules, and deadlines while ensuring compliance with company and county safety requirements and codes.
  • Review, code, and track invoices submitted by Project Managers and ensure submitting to department head for approval.
  • Create reports as requested to track material deliveries, project submittals, and RFIs.
  • Coordinate vendor payment and answer questions regarding status of outstanding payments.
  • Ensure contracts for contracted projects are signed and provide copies to contractor and Property Manager, retaining one for department files.
