**Job Title:** Administrative Specialist Senior

**Job Summary:**

The Cabinet for Health and Family Services (CHFS) is seeking an experienced Administrative Specialist Senior to join our team. As a key member of our Training Section, you will provide professional support in developing, implementing, and maintaining training projects and activities. Your expertise will be essential in coordinating, monitoring, and overseeing complex activities and projects, ensuring efficient progression and recommending improvements.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Provide administrative support to the Child Support Enforcement (CSE) Training Section, including coordinating and monitoring complex activities and projects
* Develop and implement training projects and activities, ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations
* Interpret policies, procedures, and regulations to state employees, contracting officials, and their staff
* Research and gather information for drafting reports and providing assistance to caseworkers, county attorneys, and state staff
* Maintain TRAIN LMS, update advanced calendars, and track new hire completeness of basic trainings
* Provide assistance with TRAIN navigation for new hires and create new training subjects for approval

**Requirements:**

* Bachelor's degree from a college or university
* Three years of professional, administrative, or business experience
* Excellent communication and computer skills

**Working Conditions:**

This role primarily performs duties in an office setting. The job has an initial and promotional probationary period of 6 months.
