Are you an experienced mortgage professional with a passion for helping clients secure their ideal homes? At Stampfli Mortgage, we are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Mortgage Loan Originator to enhance our team of lending experts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and nurture relationships through effective networking and outreach to bankers, real estate agents, builders, and the local community to generate new business opportunities.
- Guide borrowers in understanding the advantages and disadvantages of various loan options to identify the most suitable products for their needs.
- Oversee a substantial loan pipeline to ensure production aligns with company standards.
- Monitor the loan process by keeping track of loan status, compliance with terms, and adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate closely with clients, loan officers, title companies, and insurance providers to compile and prepare all necessary documentation for underwriting.
- Engage with customers, realtors, processors, and underwriters to facilitate seamless transactions.
Qualifications:
- Possession of a valid NMLS Mortgage Originator License is required.
- Familiarity with FHA, VA, USDA, conventional, fixed/adjustable loans, Bridge Loans, Non-Conforming Loans, FNMA, FHLMC, and Home Equity Lines of Credit.
- Adherence to lending regulations and bank underwriting policies is essential.
- A Bachelor's degree in Banking, Business, Real Estate, or a related field is necessary.
- Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills, along with strong written and verbal communication abilities, are a must.
- Demonstrated decision-making skills are essential for success in this role.
Compensation: $75,000 annually
