We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at ITW. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support to our clients across the country.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate and helpful information to customers regarding our products and services
- Enhance the overall customer experience through proactive communication and issue resolution

- Develop and implement effective service solutions to meet customer needs and exceed expectations
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction
- Commercial Food Equipment Expertise
- Stay up-to-date on the latest commercial food equipment trends and technologies
- Provide expert advice and guidance to customers on equipment selection and maintenance
- Education and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required; 0-2 years of relevant experience preferred
- Skills and Qualifications

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
