Palliative Care Nurse Specialist

We are seeking an exceptional Registered Nurse to join our Medical Surgical Palliative/Hospice Unit at Memorial Hospital in Temple, TX. This is an incredible opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our patients and their families.
About the Role:
We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package that includes immediate eligibility for health and welfare benefits, 401(k) savings plan with dollar-for-dollar match up to 5%, tuition reimbursement, and PTO accrual starting from Day 1.
Job Summary:
As a Palliative Care Nurse Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients with complex medical needs, working closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans. You will have the unique opportunity to work with both Hospice/Palliative and Acute Care patients, developing strong nursing skills and contributing to a culture of safety and compassion.

Requirements:
- Graduate of an Accredited Nursing Program
- Current and valid nursing license
- BLS certification or obtain within 30 days of starting in this role
