Nurse Care Specialist

Penn State Health is seeking a skilled Clinical Healthcare Provider to join their team in Temple, Pennsylvania. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient care, administering medications, and educating patients and families.
Job Description- Specialty: Clinic

- Duration: Ongoing
- 40 hours per week
- Shift: 8 hours, days
- Employment Type: Staff
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and address the physical, psychosocial, and learning needs of patients and families.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective care plans.
- Provide education and counseling to patients and families to promote health and wellness.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Current licensure to practice as a Registered Nurse by the state of employment.
- AHA BLS certification prior to the end of the orientation period.
