Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Loan Processor to join our team at PHH Mortgage. As a Loan Processor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the timely and accurate packaging of all loans originated by our loan officers and lender clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Gather and verify loan information, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Prepare and review loan documents, including income, credit, and appraisal reports.
  • Coordinate with borrowers, loan officers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth loan processing.
  • Monitor and manage loan files, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of loan products, policies, and procedures.
  • Collaborate with credit analysts to ensure accurate credit decisions.
  • Prepare and review loan reports, including monthly compliance reports and annual reviews.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; minimum 5 years of experience as a Loan Processor preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of loan processing software and systems, including LOS systems.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and managing multiple priorities.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
