Job Description: Patient Service Coordinator

  • Assist in coordinating with clinical staff to ensure a seamless patient experience.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required; additional education in healthcare administration is a plus.
  • Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Proficiency in using office software and scheduling systems.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment.
