Job Title: Music Therapist

Job Summary:

Community Health and Wellness, LLC is seeking an experienced Music Therapist to provide one-on-one services to children and youth with congenital disorders, intellectual disabilities, and physical disabilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in music therapy and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Provide music therapy services to clients in their homes
• Create tailored goals to meet the needs of individual clients
• Document sessions and track progress
• Communicate with other team members and service providers
• Turn in timely documentation, including weekly invoicing and progress notes

Requirements:

• MT-BC certification
• Liability insurance
• Valid driver's license
• Social Security card
• Bachelor's degree or higher
