Leidos is seeking experienced Cloud Architects to support the U.S. Air Force Cloud One Architecture and Common Shared Services contract. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the modernization of a leading, global-scale multi-cloud environment in support of a critical mission.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and optimize AWS, Azure, Google, and/or Oracle environments, networking, VPNs, IaaS, PaaS, and SQL systems.
- Implement and maintain Jenkins, Terraform, Ansible, Kubernetes, Jira, Confluence, Artifactory, and Guacamole to support DevSecOps practices.
- Containerize applications to enhance scalability and deployment efficiency.
- Configure and troubleshoot cloud, virtual, and physical hardware and software systems.
- Establish and maintain SQL and NoSQL databases, ensuring their performance and reliability.
- Prepare detailed technical documentation to support development and operational processes.
- Collaborate with team members and provide mentorship to junior staff, fostering a learning environment.
- Bachelors and five (5) years or more of experience; Masters and three (3) years or more of experience.
- Interim Secret clearance required to start; Ability to obtain Secret clearance required to maintain employment.
- US citizenship required.
- Certifications: CompTIA Security+ or equivalent (IAT-2).
- Experience with USAF Cloud One or Platform 1.
- Experience with Zero Trust Architecture.
- Cloud certifications in AWS, Azure, Google, or Oracle clouds.
