Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Foster Care Services Coordinator to join our team at TFI Family Connections LLC.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with children, foster parents, and other child welfare professionals to ensure the well-being and safety of children in foster care.
- Recruit and support foster families in the community, guiding them through the certification process.
- Provide support and guidance to foster families, helping them navigate the child welfare system.
- Collaborate with a team to access, plan, and advocate for the needs of children and families.
- Help families build on their strengths, connect them with community resources, and promote healthy relationships.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a human service field.
- Two or more years of experience in the human service field.
- Master's degree preferred.
