About the Role:

Are you the dedicated Residential Care Team Leader we are seeking? In this role, you will have the opportunity to express your commitment to supporting others by guiding a vibrant team and fostering a positive and enthusiastic environment while collaborating with our youth.

Justice Resource Institute operates a residential treatment facility for adolescents, focusing on trauma-informed practices. We provide comprehensive 24-hour care, which includes an on-site educational program, a full clinical team, nursing personnel, and direct care staff.

Work Schedule: 1st and 2nd Shifts with Weekend Availability Required.
Due to the nature of our responsibilities and the youth who rely on us, there may be instances where overtime is necessary.

Qualifications:
  • Must be at least 21 years old.
  • Experience in a residential program or mental health facility is required.
  • Supervisory experience in a mental health setting is essential.
  • A valid driver's license is necessary as student transportation is part of the role.
  • Availability to work evenings, holidays, and weekend shifts as needed.
  • At JRI, you will learn to implement physical interventions and verbal de-escalation techniques to create the safest therapeutic environment for our students.
  • Background checks and driving record evaluations will be conducted.
