  • Understand the Banquet Event Order and menu for assigned functions.

  • Address guest issues, complaints, and incidents; escalate to management when necessary.
  • Stay informed about current hotel policies.
  • Be knowledgeable about fire exits, extinguisher locations, and safety protocols.
  • Keep the banquet storage area organized and stocked with necessary supplies.
  • Clear banquet areas post-event and ensure proper storage and restocking of equipment and supplies.
  • Maintain attentiveness, friendliness, and helpfulness towards guests and colleagues.
  • Familiarize oneself with the hotel's organizational structure and departmental functions.
  • Handle Lost and Found items according to established standards.
  • Complete additional tasks as assigned by supervisors or management.
  • Participate in meetings as required by management.
