About the Role

At BayCare Health System, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Vice President of Total Rewards to lead our compensation and benefits strategy. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and communicating our Total Rewards programs to ensure they are competitive, sustainable, and scalable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive Total Rewards strategy that aligns with BayCare's business objectives.
  • Lead the design and implementation of compensation and benefits programs that attract and retain top talent.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Total Rewards programs with other HR initiatives.
  • Provide strategic operational leadership to ensure the effective management of Total Rewards systems and processes.
  • Develop and maintain effective communication strategies to engage team members and stakeholders on Total Rewards programs.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in leading Total Rewards programs, including compensation and benefits design.
  • Preferred experience in a large health system with a strong understanding of executive compensation programs.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of compensation and benefits programs, including design and implementation.
  • Experience working with external vendors and managing executive compensation programs.
  • Preferred certification in CCP, CBP, or PHR.
Education
  • Required: Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
  • Preferred: Master's degree in Business Administration, Hospital Administration, or related field.
